– CityPlace housing timeline update including the impact of affordable housing agreements

– South End Coordinated Redevelopment (SECORD) Project Agreement. Will include issues related to land use, housing, economic development, and public benefits

– Housing & Community Development Funding Hearing: Holding a public hearing on proposed Block Grant and HOME funding for housing and community development.

– Climate and energy recommendations from the Mayor’s Climate Advisory Group

– Introducing a new resolution to reinstate the Burlington Aging Council and advancing the AgeStrong BTV plan
